STILBRAAI is 10 year old Quinn’s proud creation — a playful fusion of Stilbaai and braai that captures the heart of coastal South African living.
Hi, my name is Quinn — and STILBRAAI started with something I already loved: the beach, a fire and everyone laughing together while the braai was going. Growing up in Stilbaai, some of the best days didn’t need big plans. Just sandy feet, salty hair, the sound of waves nearby and the smell of wood smoke drifting through the air.
I noticed how a fire makes people slow down. Grown-ups talk longer. Friends stay later. Food somehow tastes better. I wanted to create something that felt like those moments — warm, fun and proudly from our little coastal town.
